Oh. My. That's an, ah, interesting outfit. Actually, I really like the skirt, but I'd pair it with a plain-colored top for personal wear. (Clearly, I am not a costume designer and have no intention of the outfit serving any kind of a purpose whatsoever.)

Michelle's fashion sense is... not the same as mine. Or pretty much anyone else's on the planet. At least that's the aim.
